- Further pending share dilution (should 15c options be exercised) - fact / undetermined
- Funds retained for operations (such as Chile) - fact
- Dividend paid to S/H's - not fact (only exists in the minds of HC bloggers)

AGS's worth is finite and diminishing once the deal is finalised. Not growing, not earning, not expanding. Where will that take the SP ???

I expect the court action will show AGS is primarily responsible for their current financial position and not the actions of H/Q should a decision be required. However, like every other opinion on this, it is at best a guess.

That's the reality and the facts.
