You might be just perhaps missing the possibility that after AGS will be selling ACE they will be under NO obligation to hand over a lot of those incoming funds to share-holders.
Legal costs / management costs / ample funds retained for CHILE and other potential future projects etc. etc. may result in a very low pay-out to shareholders - IF any at all.
All the aforementioned JIMHO and of course I could be wrong. Time will tell.
