Management need to think very, very carefully about what they do with the proceeds of the sale IF it goes through as there are a number of undervalued projects out there that could provide the opportunity for them to redeem themselves.

Although I'm most definitely in the minority here, I would prefer they pick up another project that could grow the value of the cash rather than paying out a dividend that would insignificant compared to what many paid for their shares, and then AGS be relegated back to the days of penny dreadful.

Some thoughts of a very disgruntled shareholder, for what they are worth.
