So, if I'm reading Tamra1's post right, Judge Stanley has handed down his decision but, because of the actions of management, we won't get to read it.

The decision we paid for, we won't get to read. The decision that may have changed the course of shareholder's fate, we won't get to read.

Management gambled on getting the 75% back (a decision that has ultimately sunk AGS to the depths it has sunk), but they weren't prepared to gamble on a positive outcome here.

PS: My trading parcel is away. And, yes, there is a small sense of relief & closure there. (Still holding 90% though)
