Then it would seem highly likely that Allisnce had lost the case and they were aware they were to loose.
Hence this capitulation of giving it away for peanuts . And then there's costs for Quasar as well to be paid by Alliance
They should have just swallowed their pride and gone along with the dirty JV they'd signed. Conserve money and wait for the sales to come through. That was the best approach they could have taken for the mess of their doing
