I'd be staggered if a judge is handing out judgements a week before making them, potentially, public. Doesn't sound right. Nonetheless, maybe Tamra1 could give some opinion on that too. If it is the case, then Quasar would be aware of that too, so why not go to judgement & then deal with the fallout? A win would surely strengthen their position.

What is more believable, is the lawyers are telling AGS the case was weak. That I can believe.
