What about the money owed to us for the Uranium sold thus far, plus uranium mined and stock piled? What about all the exploration and mining costs contributed to 4 mile by AGS? It is a ridiculous offer and we should have waited for the courts decision. Quaser must have been worried somewhat even to make an any offer so why did we roll over and take it. This decision only acts to secure the directors medium/long term future not the future of the share price which is what us shareholders were banking on when AGS discovered 4 mile. We may as well have lost the court case as what will be left of shareholder value after this decision.
