For the board to recommend that shareholders approve the "transaction" they must have come to an agreement about the delineation of the 4M project.

We're told the notice of meeting "will include further details of the Transaction" . But it also says "transfer of the tenements" (plural) .. Gawd .. those straws again. And the meeting end August when we'll be overseas. Talk about the 13th - usually my lucky number.
