Does anyone know if a reserved judgement can be cancelled? Not quite the right word, but what I mean is, after a trial, but before the judgement, can both parties tell the judge "don't bother after all, we've worked it out"?
If not, then how can this offer possibly be recommended by the board with a judgement on the horizon? If so, would they let us know to no longer expect it? (hah! Fat chance).
