I think the wording of the announcement already tells you IG has accepted the offer. He's a member of the board. Our only hope is if we have enough votes to stop the sale. Why announce this before a verdict is given? AGS is going to sell a mine with a life of 25 to 30 years for the income of less than 3 years production! There should be an inquiry into this. It absolutely stinks!
