On a side note, it just occurred to me that this 'revised offer' is actually exactly the same offer as announced before. The extra $3 million is due to the relatively large drop in the Aussie dollar in the last 12 days. I'd be willing to bet that the offer is actually US$55 million. That would have been $71.3 million Aussie when the offer was announced, and $74 million today.
On a side note, it just occurred to me that this 'revised offer'...
