The only potential setbacks I see now are: * The EPA approval for the slurry run-off (this is one I didn't think of before) this wil f**k fishing close around Geraldton and I dare say may even harm 'grandads' the location that old crayfisherman go close to the harbour. * Slurry is not without problem...GJ (and I) have years of personal experience of this aspect. This is an extremely maintenance intensive process and when it goes wrong, causes major costly delays. * Water use...the biggest single concern in Aus atm!
My infatuation with GBG is well known but gbg is not a lay down majeure.
