Wont stop the US from dumping some 300 odd points tonight.
But will at least stem the flow, and help to sure up our markets.
We dumped 7% today, it was simply crazy, but perhaps the major flush we needed "get on with it".
0.75 is good, another 0.25 up the sleeve if required in comeing weeks.
