Meanwhile, rival betting agency Sportsbet has just accepted what it claims is "by far the biggest bet in Australian political history".
A punter has bet $750,000 on the Coalition, at odds of $1.07. The odds are now shorter.
"The punter will collect $802,500," the agency said.
Perhaps Sportsbet meant to say "the punter stands to collect" rather than "will collect".
