I think thermo are not selling so they can buy LBT cheap.
i wonder how the board survive a yes vote with the share price sub 2 centsbig 5 months if they can convert. Only way the stock survives is to sell some.
an APAS takes about a week to build
converting 20-30 sales means they better start building.
