2.6 Q's of funding, so OP isn't necessarily wrong, but I think theirs a strong chance it'll be after Quicksilver Ann (timeframes loosely lineup, you'd assume they would have around 1Q of funding by the time of that Ann). That will be the re-rate ann, and that'll be where they find investor interest. Sell the news. For a long term holder, or someone with a long term outlook, capital raises shouldn't concern one unless management is arguably favouring the firm for personal gain. I see none of that here at G88. They executed last CR at a fairly large discount. 17% bellow VWAP, but I think that's due to the fact they where taking advantage of the higher trading price at the time. Nicely executed.
