Pretty light on details. Points of interest for me:
1. Is this to pay out the old notes? I assume not since they were probably raised on far better terms then this one will be.
2. Previous raise was for $1.25bil U.S at 8.25% out to 2027 and 2030. Debt will be over $3bil U.S after this ($4.8bil AUD).
3. Gearing starting to get on the heavy end?
4. Money for more lithium ventures? Looking to take something over?
