Sorry, I am not really that grouchy.
I don't totally disagree with that article.
I have been saying myself for some time that the VIX/VXO has been pretty useless lately, that its low levels mean little.
The thing that is different now is that the weekly close has gone from very low to an extreme not seen for nearly 15 years. And that was a major top.
It certainly doesn't mean it HAS to be a top this time.
