A couple of years back I found mention in the Imreys annual report that the Pittong plant required a significant upgrade due to the age of processing equipment prior to the acquasition by UTR (now SUV).
I couldn't find any mention of the expenditure requirement for the plant post acquasition in any of SUV annual reports or quarterly statements.
Post acquasition a massive advertising campaign was initiated by SUV making it almost impossible to find reference to the required upgrade needed to the Pittong plant sucking in a plethora of new shareholders with the hype of SUV being a a Kaolin producer.
