Rajen should not and must not be allowed to offload and transfer any shares. Rajen must cooperate with the new CEO to increase the revenue. If the company does increase revenue and invest for sustainable YoY grown, it is sure to reward all SHs including him. As long as he is as a CEO, he would be over voicing the expenses. Regular Audit .... and Regulatory oversight are essential for the company. Company in the market must generate value for the SHs, otherwise there is no need for the company.

Mediation and all court cases settled and new ceo to steer the company may reinvigorate and rejuvenate the company in the market. SHs need to be vocal. New capable CEO is likely to make HCT active again. GLTAH.

David Deloub has joined the board and some seem to think he's reputable and trustworthy. Hopefully it will bring some confidence. Anyway, hope you see a turnaround soon.
