What is going on is there is 400m tons of premium coking coal sitting in ground ready to be extracted.

There are 2 options:

1) Regal needed cash quick and sold out - marginal calls etc

2) Regal sold to another investor to establish "fair market value" so that some analyst can use it in their report to justify a low ball takeover bid. Then Regal gets fixed up on the exit. I will die before i let they shares go for cheap.

Next door sold for an insane amount of $$$$, they they will try to justify that this was pre-corona. I do not accept anything other than $2 plus a share.We can sit for 2 years and wait out corona if we need to, there is no reason to sell at low price.
