I think you need to flick back to post #43720309 where Bad Walrus gave us the clue via AFR that the sale was to members of the Roberts family from WA who are well heeled investors and had a hand in the sale, and did very nicely, of nearby Riversdale Coal prospect to Gina Rinehart's Hancock Prospecting. Regal and the Roberts family are both from WA and are well known to each other.
I hope the Roberts family will push the project forward, hopefully for the benefit of all existing shareholders.
