What I know is non disclosure leads to questions. Is that compliant ? The board announces one thing, yet the $$$$ amount doesn’t add up nor stack in comparison to the information announced.
If you are prepared to show a “no care“ attitude to poor company governance and incorrect disclosure behaviours - that is your choice. WKT had to undertake a Governance Course during the suspension to improve their performance….And if not being able to get a $120k oversight correct - you are quite right, it’s not that important how the company handles their finances really is it ? Especially when “In the grand scheme” of things it’s only $120k. Imagine trying to figure out $28m?
