My First thoughts....Sold it for only $500,000? What the? I estimated ages ago based on 50Mt at 6%. Now this stuff is worth $4,000 USD a ton. Thus to me, that’s 12Billion USD! I must have the wrong grade or $ value here.... Pure Kaolin can sell for $300/ton, or Pure halloysite sells for up to US$5,000/tonne. FYI

Right it's only a portion of "The sale of the Gibraltar Halloysite-Kaolin Project will be done via a divestment of a portion of EL6506, with
the excised area covering approximately 80km² of the original 316km2
tenement (see Figure 1). The remaining
portion of EL6506 will be retained by the Company."

For the newbies. some facts about this side of LRS.. & a lot of investors about 2-3 years ago were very keen on this alone re LRS & jumped in & thought the Li was a side hussle bonus. Really good article below.
