Nothing much will change, they will continue to pay themselves very well. The reality is the executive would have already paid themselves their bonuses off the 2023 result, so the 2024 remuneration report will probably look the same, if not worse considering the result going down hill. i wouldn't be surprised if there will be a second strike next year. Therefore, they will probably vote to spill of the board (however my reading, the shareholders at the actual AGM vote to spill). But its also the executive members that are not directors and getting obscene remuneration.

However, this wasn't just a minor no vote, this was a fairly resounding no at 60% of shareholders saying you greedy fat c#$nts.
