I have said it a million times. Performance rights come at the expense of existing investors (usually dilution) and should always be linked to the performance of the SP as well as any other KPI’s. They rarely are and it is an abuse in my opinion. The directors clubs are there to scratch each others backs as usual, investors be damned.
