without going into too much on it on my usual stocks I weigh up management before investing some key things for me that probably scared CandyStore here:

They have a history of delivering on their commitments, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to shareholder value and a track record of strategic decision making and corporate governance experience.

Other things that are also very important that I believe SPQ do have but have some shortfalls too here:

Strong leadership, financial acumen, deep understanding of the industry, the ability to "do".

hopefully not being to overly critical on SPQ management here they are just a junior explorer after all.
