It is absolutely clear these shares were issued yesterday to the sophs hence we had the dump of 47m+ volume, but the company decides to release the ann today! So @investor901 hasn’t got a clue what he was talking about! If the shares were issued today then we would see the dump volume today but that is not the case as they were all dumped yesterday!
So @investor901 needs to get his facts right before accusing others of spreading incorrect information!
