I am with you I agree it is oversold and worth a short term trade , with a stop at 70.

Why?


Profit is good in historic terms

sector has good definate growth left in the space

they are market leader

management shake out is good , the md fell on his sword

China want these sort of companies for their long term future and have cash to spend to mop up fallen stars

Not expecting it to go through the roof , but a few bottom picking sub 80 is fine for me

saying that I also hold cnp from 90 , averaged down at 50 to get a total average of 73 , so probably trying to catch to many falling knives , hope these do stop falling soon .

In my super fund I hold cnp , bol , bhp, zfx, ctf, aed yipee at 78,nab, cba and dow.

So as you can see the last few months hasnt been kind to me , but as the lord keeps telling me have faith in what you believe in , and hold on to it.
