78% back turnbull

Jessica Wright's online article entitled; "Abbott has '50-50' chance of leading Coalition to election: Windsor"; includes on online poll for leadership of the Liberal Party.

With 18 hours still to go some 22,000+ have already lodged a vote:

Tony Abbott - ~16%
Malcolm Turnbull - ~78%
Others - ~6%

Most of us would see that as a pretty clear result - mainstream Australians want Turnbull to lead the Opposition!

Perhaps it's that poll which inspired Abbott to again bag our economy by entertaining parallels between Australia and Greece. Perhaps he thinks that if what you have been doing has failed to make a mark you need to do it louder and more often?
