Think coto has lost the plot,..TOE has a MC $45m ,.. MS holds 10% if they lend shares to short, I don't see that having too much of an effect.
I would think its more about acquisition T/O block parcel,.. but i'll be more hopeful/happy if it was lining up for a bidding war as this Management is totally clueless and TOE need a change.
