Looking forward, I believe ECS should be valued at 300m MC. once they have their organic certificate they can command a premium for their product. I also belive that once they achieve this they will begin to market their own brand further and as it will be a premium product they will achieve much higher margins and greater profits. WIth the new business now secured possibly an expansion in the PCE's to further increase production which should generate greater revenue for the company. EOY financials should be very promising now.
ECS will be in the cross hairs for a takeover for certain, but Nan is a shrewd operator and knows what she has built and the intrinsic value of ECS, so wont be a fire sale that I can assure.
With the land size the company has this is going to be a global player in the market. Watch this space over the coming years $$$$
