Euroz October 2008 Report available at BPT website from today, although it looks like it was issued when the share price was at $0.95.
Its Price Target is $2.07/sh.

Triggers to achieving our $2.07/sh price target and valuation include: high impact drilling results, further reserve increases from Tipton West and potential corporate activity throughout the sector."
