Just a correction to the previous ann.

Whitebark Energy Limited (ASX:WBE or the “Company”), advises that the Quarterly Activities Report and
Appendix 5B lodged with ASX on 31 January 2024 contained an error.
Under 3.2 of the Appendix 5B, cash receipts were included for convertible securities and included non-cash
conversion of liabilities to a convertible note as approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. Cash
flows from financing activities for the period relate only to a placement and have been reclassified to item 3.1.
Tranche 2 of the placement, which is subject to shareholder approval, has also been noted in the Quarterly
Report.
The corrected Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 5B is attached to this release
