As a long-term SH and avid supporter of IXR, I am angry and very disappointed to read all these FREE/Performance Shares being paid to ALL the Directors, when SP is at all-time lows. Performance means - SP performance, NOT directors lifestyle imo!!!!!

This is NOT the time to get your snouts imo in the trough as to speak, when we have seen our SP collapse since the disappointing resource used for the Scoping Study, the unacceptable ML delay, the costly $500k Director payout mess and the increase in Remuneration paid, while our SP languishes at all-time lows since it collapsed back in 2022...  

I intend to vote AGAINST resolutions 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 as should every holder.... Over many companies continually paying themselves free shares and performance shares when SP isn't rewarding SH's.

Many SH's are on big losses, buying in 4, 5, 6+c, I am one of the lucky ones free carried but many aren't so lucky... My advice Tim, remove this unacceptable and over generous issue of free shares from this AGM, would be a smarter and more appropriate move. Reward yourselves well, when SP back over 5-10c, until then just STOP and get this into production ASAP....... NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
