I'm not sure if you're aware of how HotCopper operates but it is a free platform that is designed to protect the interest of brokers and listed companies.
HC has a history of providing personal details of their users to members of companies who feel they have had unsubstantiated defamatory claims made against them resulting in legal action so it is best to air on the side of caution when making baseless accusation.
