With Chinese interset building and recent signing of MOU, it would appear that KPM's report may come close to fruition.
In May KPM produced a reported in which they valued ACS at $0.72c. They sighted the markets inability to measure the probability of ACS getting the project up and running for the discount between their valuation and the market price.
Risk is now being reduced by the day, and SP is starting to reflect this.
