    Hard to believe a serious publication would fabricate data, but the question with options "more left wing” or “more right wing" was not written by a professional, or anybody with a clue about survey design or analysis, and is skewed-broken.

    Additionally, if you ask people if they would be happy to pay for anything that they currently get for free most will say no. I can't believe nearly half said they would pay for it. If the survey was actually compiled, then based solely on the questions published in the article it was done with a preset agenda. Aren't they all these days though, I suppose.
