Cape Ray Shear ZoneCape Ray Gold ProjectIn May 2023, the Company announced an updated JORC Mineral Resource estimate (“MRE”) forthe Cape Ray Gold Project along the CRSZ5. The total Mineral Resource is now estimated to be9.7 million tonnes grading 1.96 g/t gold for a total of 610,000 ounces of gold, composed ofIndicated and Inferred Resources (Table 1).
