The LEL graphite resource is right up against the NVX border as per their 3 announcements from Feb 2023:

It would have been difficult for LEL to go it alone as the shape of their deposit clearly dips into NVX territory (everything to the right in the below graphics). With the 2 deposits are merged they will try to find more of those 15-25% hits, albeit at depth in this area.
