The recent price increase of IMA has raised a question: Should there be a more consistent approach to price fluctuations across all stocks?While the ASX did initiate inquiries for a 15% price rise, some investors might be curious about the lack of similar inquiries for stocks experiencing significant price drops, such as the recent 20% decline on another stock I did hold before.

Perhaps we should be asking for ASX to issue a clearer explanation of the factors that trigger ASX inquiries in these situations would be helpful for investors. This could include specific thresholds for price movements or other criteria that determine when an investigation is warranted. A consistent and transparent approach to price fluctuation inquiries would likely enhance investor confidence in the market's fairness and stability.
