I just hope politic doesn't interfer in this agreement. especially in the last decision on the takeover 2.65 , they mentioned sthg about the communist party in china, which is recommending that Chinese comp buy large stakes in io comp overseas. So if politic is in, it is not good for us .
Another ? Was raised abt the legal systme which shd be used in case of any problem. I think the legal system is determined inthe contract between mgx andeach custmer. But usually arbitration is the preferable wAy.but why they did not do start pursuing who breached contracts no idea. If someone has any infos abt this matter we wd like to hear it.
