As a long term holder, when I saw this announcement, my first thought was "Not another Capital raise!?"
But for a refreshing change, shareholders aren't being asked to reach into their pockets. Actually $400k is a reasonable price to acquire a bunch of new customer relationships. Andreas prefers to sell to existing customers rather than go in cold.
this business has yet to prove it can turn revenue growth into profit growth, but there are some promising signs. Mr Market may take a liking to DEM eventually..
