Well, in my mind it certainly is undervalued at the last level. Not only does it re-price the value of the share it obviously show a lot of confidence in the project.
18 months ago, i would say that the stock would have definately traded at a premium to this new valuation, because any major investor who buys a large parcel would obviously want to be getting it at a discount!! Today, and in the immediate future, who knows but at least the future is very bright and exciting!!!
