if what you say is correct, then most are valuing the options at less than 61c.
Anyone who thought the options are worth 61c or more would have grabbed heaps of then via the rights raising.
Clearly there wasn't a big rush and that shows most see the options as being worth a number less than 61c. And that discount to 61c being a reasonable one, else you would just pick them up via the rights process.
