The real eye opener is that only $6.4m came from the existing holders.
We have been bombarded on these threads with all those posts telling us how valuable those new options are.
Only 2.55 million options were taken up by existing holders though. Why such a low take up if these things are so valuable?
Shares at $1.90 with an attached 60c option should have been a bargain if all those posts were correct, but holders didn't think that at all.
I believed that there would be a shortfall, but this shortfall is quite large indeed. We can only assume that most holders did not see value in the deal presented to them and they therefore stood back in droves.
