    Hi DD,

    Check out CFE. Not a straight dividend paying company but a mining investor that invests in development assets and then 'adds value' before selling them.

    Dividends come from profits on sale of assets.

    Currently SP a lot lower than sum of assets. Lots of HC threads discussing this.

    Currently looking at an IPO for Lady Annie Mine, which is successful will add truckloads of cash to coffers.

    MD has indicated that if IPO raises +$ 150 mill (which is a near certainty) then $50 mill will come back to shareholders this coming year in dividend/ capital return.

    This equates to about 10c per share, which have a SP of 47-48c at present. Thus a return of 21% at present.

    Do your research though but worth a look.

    AJA offers a great return with lots of safety given the SP to NTA.
