I might also add that with all the stocks I own I expect the price to go up. When that expectation turns to hope I know I'm in trouble and the best thing to do is to sell, or at least lighten the load.
So perhaps ask yourself the question re HEG. Are you expecting the price to go up or are you just hoping it will go up?
