The opportunity in China does not necessarily lie in OTT imo.
Alan Boyd is being given buildings and I literally very large buildings to turn into smart buildings.
Tv2's technology is not just capable of streaming content, they can stream real time analytics anywhere, anytime from any capable device so imo the opportunity in China lies in Smart metering and the streaming of information of all services, electricity, Gas etc, this technology is not just limited to OTT which of course is your expertise
@taincrow but Alan Boyd is not really involved in OTT, he is more looking at IOT and I believe he is assembling many technologies from all over the world to turn China into the country of the smart Cities!
He has actually been given this task by the government.
Alan Boyd is on the Board and was at the EGM a few months back discussing smart buildings/Smart cities , I also urge everyone to watch this video of Alan talking about smart cities, it goes for a while but you will get the drift of where Tv2 technology fits!
