7c sp for uranium producer

I have watched with interest the various down rampers along with the informative posts from Hangseng and others and I am amazed at the low SP at the moment.Has there ever been a uranium producer with a 7c sp? I know we are not producing at the moment but we will be next year once the permit to mine is issued. To my knowledge Wyoming authorities have never knocked back a permit, and they also helped with the completion of our permit, so it should be a fait accompli and the re rating of the SP should then begin.With ever increasing reserves,offtake agreements in place and a $350M line of credit we have nowhere to go but UP imho and once the June pre tax selling is completed a huge re rating is in store.
